We won’t be beaten on price
We don’t expect you to find a lower price at another U.K. based competitor for the same product, sold with the same service conditions – but if you can, we’ll match the price when you order.
The size, design and all material specifications have to be the same and they have to be able to deliver or install within the same time as we will.
We have many ways for you to buy from us and we include free quotes, full and comprehensive advice, a website giving you a large amount of information and flexibility in how and when you buy from us. We will carry out on site visits and surveys, where it is practical and viable to do, at no cost and before we quote. We offer to provide artwork at no extra cost and we always send artwork visuals for your approval. We are happy to amend the artwork until you are certain that the design is right for you, again, at no additional cost. The level of service we offer can’t therefore be equalled by online or mail-order only suppliers or manufacturers using thinner or lesser quality products, and offering a lesser service – and it’s for this reason we won’t match their prices.
We match prices available to all customers, based on those publicly displayed competitor’s own website, or the first price quoted to you in writing where the specification is clear. The price has to apply to an identical product in terms of material, style, size or colour. We don’t match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices.
This means we compare how we sell the product and how the product is built to how it is sold by the competitor to ensure it is comparable. We will also look at availability and production time, delivery charges and fitting/installation services.
